I really like Dr. B for having the most affordable rates among online prescription services. The actual process for entering one refill request was very easy to follow. I would give them 5 stars, but among the several prescription providers I've used, Dr. B is the only one that will not allow you to order more than one prescription refill at a time - it's very 'clunky' in that regard. You have to contact support in order for them to 'reset' the account, so you can go back in and request a second, separate prescription request. The other online providers have multiple prescription requests covered - I don't understand why Dr. B can't do this as well. Other than this glitch, I do like them. Just be advised if you have 2 or more meds that need refilling - you're better off at another provider.

I had a consultation 5/29. Thought more than 8 hrs was sufficient to review and send in prescription. I was beginning to believe I was scammed. I sent an email to support and they sent my concerns to the issuing doctor who reviewed my previous prescriptions and saw it was something I needed. He sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and I am very happy. I could have gone to my doctor, but my transmission recently went out, and I did not want to pay for the visit and uber both ways.
