This week’s cyberattack on Change Healthcare has impacted some Americans’ ability to access critical prescription medications from their pharmacies—and we want to help. Access to healthcare is already problematic for many, and anything that creates additional barriers is a public health tragedy.

Dr. B’s systems have not been impacted by these events and remain secure.

However, our mission is to improve access to care for everyone, and we want to do our part to help those Americans who have been negatively impacted.

Until these disruptions to the pharmacy networks are resolved, we will be offering Dr. B’s chat-based telehealth services at no cost to anyone who needs them. Specifically, if you need your prescription sent to a different pharmacy and your regular doctor is not available, our telehealth services are now available to you at no cost. Simply contact our customer support team and we will refund the $15 for your Dr. B consultation.

Though our telehealth treatments do not cover every prescription medication, they do cover many of them, and you can search for your medication on Dr. B’s treatment page. We operate in all 50 states and are open seven days a week.

We hope these Change Healthcare disruptions are resolved quickly. Until they are, we are committed to doing everything we can to support each patient.
